Analog/RF, mixed mode and digital as well as very strong research in emerging technologies together with research in areas of algorithms and systems. When it comes to chip/ASICs design there are three very important challenges to face: Power consumption combined with multi-standard, flexibility and system complexity. And of course the end of the CMOS roadmap, i.e. what the future brings. SoS will encounter future challenges through advanced research in strong cooperation between various scientific groups and the industry.”
