Mobile Heights third Research Center, NMSA (Network for Mobile Services & Applications), focuses on services and service innovation. This makes the picture complete as Mobile Heights research now spans the entire spectrum hardware-software service.
NMSA focuses on services, its user experience, business model and technology base. In addition, the center seeks answers to how an optimal context for service innovation looks like in terms of IP and rights, organizational structures and processes. And as a complement to above-mentioned the center also works with Dotank-projects.
The purpose of Dotank-projects is to give effect to research in form of service prototypes, in order to take research results closer to the market and apply them in real context. NMSA is led under the management by Jonas Matthing (jonas.matthing@mah.se) and Karin Johansson-Mex (karin.johansson-mex@mah.se).
Participating partners include Ericsson, ST-Ericsson, Sony Ericsson, TeliaSonera, Lund Institute of Technology (LTH), Malmö University (MAH) and Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH).
